LG announces stock repurchase programme

Liberty Global has announced the authorisation to increase its stock repurchase programme by an additional US$250m (€203m). This brings the total availability as of June 11 to approximately US$309m.

Under the program, Liberty Global may acquire its Series A common stock, Series C common stock, or any combination of Series A and Series C common stock.

Liberty Global said it has repurchased approximately US$480m of its common stock for the year-to-date to June 11.
