Warner Bros TV fills communications and publicity roles

Warner Bros. Television Group has appointed Scott Rowe as senior vice-president, worldwide communications. Rowe will be responsible for managing all communications on a global basis, including international and domestic cable and syndication distribution, executives, marketing and select production operations. He was most recently senior vice-president, corporate communications for Warner Bros. Entertainment.

Tammy Golihew has been promoted to senior v ice-president, publicity, Warner Bros. Television. She will continue to oversee all consumer publicity and strategic business communications related to programming from Warner Bros. Television, Warner Horizon Television, Warner Bros. Animation and digital venture Studio 2.0.
