UPC Czech Republic begins regular 3D broadcasts

Cable operator UPC Czech Republic has started regular 3D broadcasts in partnership with technical service provider Sat Plus.

Users with HD set-tops can watch 3D programmes at 11:30, 18:30 and 00:30 each day. Some of the content is broadcast in stereoscopic 3D to users with a 3D TV set and polarised glasses. Those without 3D TV sets can watch other content using glasses with red and green filters.
