Tvinci unveils pay-OTT platform

Israel-based technology provider Tvinci has unveiled its over-the-top video-on-demand platform for pay services.

The Tvinci MediaHub and MediaStore have been developed to allow service providers and content rights-holders to develop pay services based on pay-per-view, subscriptions, coupons and other payment mechanisms across IP-enabled devices such as the PC, connected TV or set-top, games consoles and smartphones.

Tvinci has also announced that it has been chosen by UK-based Projector TV, which distributes VOD content owned by Hollywood studio Future Films Group, for the launch of a new version of its video portal.

Existing Tvinci customers include MTV and Orange.
