ODG strikes HBO deal for 3 UK

Video on-demand specialist On Demand Group has signed a deal with HBO to bring its titles to mobile phones on the UK’s 3 network.

Under the terms of the deal, 3 UK’s subscription video-on-demand customers will be able to watch episodes of HBO series including The Sopranos, Sex and the City, Entourage, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Flight of the Conchords.

3 UK launched its mobile TV SVOD service at the end of 2009.
