Solid results for ‘n’

Polish DTH platform ‘n’ added 32,000 post-paid subscribers and 45,000 active pre-paid customers in the first quarter, up 33% and 140% year-on-year respectively.

Broadcast group TVN, which operates the ‘n’ platform said pay-TV revenue increased by PLN33m (€8.1m), or 32%, year-on-year to €138m during the quarter. EBITDA was up PLN7m to PLN25m.

TVN’s free-to-air business reported revenues of PLN349m for the quarter, down €3m year-on-year due to a “flat” advertising market.
