Liberty Global-owned cable operator UPC Ireland is set to launch a video-on-demand service later this year, according to local reports.
This comes as the operator unveiled plans for its 100Mbps broadband internet service that will launch from August. UPC Ireland will likely offer a raft of film and TV titles from Hollywood studios and local broadcasters to its 550,000 strong subscriber base.
