German broadcast group ProSiebenSat.1 has reorganised its new media management team, now under the leadership of former BT Vision chief Dan Marks.
Christoph Bellmer has been named as head of New TV and CEO of mobile TV arm SevenSenses, in charge of the non-advertising-financed activities of the group including pay-TV, mobile TV, video-on-demand and participation TV (under the 9Live division). Bellmer previously worked for Media Broadcast as chief operating officer.
New TV is one division of the ProSieben new media segment, the other being SevenOne Intermedia, covering online TV, games, mobile activities and teletext, under Arnd Benninghoff. The company has also appointed Silke Kuisie as head of business administration for finance, content, legal and personnel at video community division MyVideo, while Marcel Mohaupt replaces Kuisie as head of business development of the new media and diversification management segment of the TV group.
