Yahoo wins Premier League highlights rights

Yahoo has struck a deal with the English Premier League to deliver five-minute highlight packages of all matches online for the 2010-13 seasons.

The deal for the rights, currently held by Virgin Media, will allow yahoo to transmit highlights from midnight on Sunday after weekend matches and at midnight the same day for matches played during the week.
