Canal Digital joins cable association

Telenor-owned pay-TV provider Canal Digital has joined Norwegian cable association Kabel Norge.

Kabel Norge’s main objective is to drive the further expansion of networks offering digital TV, broadband and telephony services based on HFC-technology. The addition of Canal Digital means that about 900,000 of Norway’s 950,000 cable homes are represented by the association.
