The UKs Sky Sports has struck a deal with sports production company Input Media to provide studio facilities for its coverage of the upcoming World Cup from South Africa.
Pay-TV operator BSkyB does not hold rights to show games from the championship, which are held by free-to-air broadcasters the BBC and ITV, but will host coverage of the tournament from the Cape Town facility.
