Dutch cable operator Ziggo will be able to offer mobile services after winning a mobile spectrum auction.
Ziggo successfully bid for 40MHz of the 190MHz that was available. Swedish telco Tele2 won the same amount. Dutch telco KPN and Vodafone successfully bid for 20MHz each, while Deutsche Telekoms T-Mobile acquired 10 MHz.
