RSCC reserves capacity for HD and 3D

Russian satellite operator RSCC has announced that 25% of capacity on its planned Express-AT1 and Express-AT2 satellites will be reserved for HD and 3D TV services. The satellites are scheduled to launch in 2012. Express-AT1 will replace Bonum-1 at 56° East, covering the European part of Russia, the Urals and eastern Siberia.
