French set-top supplier Netgem has appointed Yann Courqueux as chief marketing officer. He will be responsible for global marketing and communications and will report to MD Christophe Aulnette. Courqueux joins from Thomson, where he was involved in strategic planning for IPTV and mobile TV operations as well as managing partnership development, marketing and responses to international tenders.
