Food goes HD, Weather prepped for international

Scripps Networks International is launching a high-definition version of its Food Network in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The HD feed of Food Network will launch at start-May and Orbit Showtime Network in the Middle East will be the first platform to carry it. The SD version of the channel is already carried in ten million homes in the EMEA region.
