UPC Poland has announced that it now has 250,000 digital TV subscribers. The cable operator said Poland was catching up with the rest of Europe, where 35% of cable households receive digital TV services. The figure in Poland is 23%, with the Polish Chamber of Electronic Communications putting the number of digital cable subscribers at 748,000.
UPC Poland offers a number of services over its digital network, including VOD, multiroom and DVR.
