BravaHDTV launches on SFR

French IPTV operator SFR has inked a deal with BravaHDTV that will see the opera and culture channel launch on its service.

The move extends the footprint of the advertising free channel, which airs a raft of opera and other musical programming, in France following deals with cable operator Numericable, satellite pay TV service Canalsat and IPTV operator Free and Alice. The channel will be added to SFR’s high definition basic package.
