Belgacom has announced plans to broadcast a live football match in 3D on May 8.
The Belgian telco will broadcast the Anderlecht v St Truiden match in 3D to various cafes fitted out with Samsung 3D TVs. Belgacom said it had already captured the Chareroi v Lokeren match in 3D on March 10, but the Anderlecht v St Truiden match will be the first to be broadcast in 3D to the general public.
