Finnish cable operator Welho has launched a 200Mbps broadband service.
The move follows a successful trial that saw the operator upgrade 500 110Mbps subscribers to 200Mbps for a month at the end of 2009. The entry level broadband service has been upped to 10Mbps and customers can also choose from 40Mbps, 110Mbps and 200Mbps.
Welho has been offering 110Mbps connections based on EuroDOCSIS 3.0 technology since August 2008.
