Volia launches DOCSIS 3.0 services

Ukrainian cable operator Volia has launched DOCSIS 3.0-based broadband services, offering packages with speeds up to 150Mbps aimed at business customers.

Volia is offering volume-based packages, with monthly limits of 350GB for UAH750 (€68), or 500GB for UAH1,000. Cable modems from Thomson (the TCM470) or Cisco (the EPC3000) are available.

Volia installed CMTS equipment from Casa Systems last year.
