Egyptian channels join Arabsat platform

The channels will form the basis of a new bouquet of Egyptian channels on the Arabsat platform, according to Arabsat CEO Khalid Balkheyour. Arabsat expects to carry 10 channels from Egypt by the end of the year, and is in talks with other broadcasters to come on board. Badr-4 will give the channels coverage of the Arab world, parts of Europe and Africa.
