Set-top vendor Pace has made two senior appointments to its Pace Networks division, with Andrew Ward being promoted to general manager and Shane McCarthy promoted to vice-president, sales.
Pace Networks was created to market Paces recently-launched MultiDweller product that enables service operators to deliver broadcast and broadband services to hard-to-reach digital markets. Ward, who was previously vice-president, sales at Pace, will be responsible for running all aspects of the Pace Networks business, focusing on growing the customer base for MultiDweller.
McCarthy was previously a group account director at Pace. He will be responsible for deepening relationships with several of PaceÂs largest customers and developing the Pace footprint in new territories, including central and eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia.
