Cablecom boosts customer services arm

Liberty Global-owned Swiss cable operator Cablecom has created a new operational excellence and customer experience department as part of a reorganization of its customer service activities, headed by David Patarica, who previously worked in a number of other roles for the operator.

The move follows the mid-January appointment of Trine Olsen as marketing director. Both Patarica and Olsen will report to Koen Verween vice-president of marketing and product management.
