Lithuanian telco Teo had signed up over 100,000 TV customers by the end of last year, the company has revealed. Teos IPTV base grew by 38.63% to 56,000, while digital-terrestrial customers exceeded 46,000 at the end of December.
Teo said that TV accounted for 3.4% of revenue in 2009, compared with 33.8% from internet and data services. Teo had 313,000 broadband customers at the end of the year, including 63,000 connected to its fibre network.
Teo posted revenues of LTL816m (Â237m) for the year, down 1.3%, while EBITDA fell from LTL349m to LTL338m. Teo posted a 2009 net profit of LTL169m, up 5.7% year-on-year.
