KDG launches 100Mbps in Hamburg

German cable operator Kabel Deutschland (KDG) has launched 100Mbps internet access in Hamburg.

The operator is offering 100Mbps and 60Mbps services for €42.90 and €32.90 a month respectively. KDG plans to introduce the high-speed services in Berlin, Hanover and Munich within the next six months, to be followed by a network-wide launch within 12-18 months.
