ONO strikes VOD deal with Sony Pictures Television

Spanish cable operator ONO has struck a deal with Sony Pictures Television to include new movie releases and library titles in its Videoclub video-on-demand offer.

The deal will mean that ONO subscribers will be able to view titles including Bruno, District 9 and 2012 as well as library movies including Bram Stoker’s Dracula and Jumanji.

ONO currently offers about 2,500 titles on-demand.
