Portuguese pay-TV provider Zon MultimÃ©dia has completed a share-buyback of 4.53% of the companys shares from Kento, a holding company owned by Isabel Dos Santos, the businesswoman daughter of Angolan president JosÃ© Eduardo Dos Santos.
Zon acquired 14,006,437 shares from Kento for Â5.30 a share directly or via equity swaps. The company also acquired a further 0.1% of other shares under its buyback programme for allocation to employees.
