Thomson becomes Technicolor

TV technology giant Thomson has begun trading on the stock market under the Technicolor symbol (TCH).
As revealed by Thomson last week, shareholders agreed to change the name of the company to Technicolor and approved a complex debt restructuring plan that includes a 348m capital increase, a debt-for-equity swap, and a bond buy-back.
