Irish public broadcasters RTE and TG4 are set to be available as free-to-air channels across Northern Ireland after both governments struck a deal.
The move, which was signed by British minister Ben Bradshaw and Irish communications minister Eamon Ryan, will also see British public broadcaster the BBC carried free-to-air in the Republic of Ireland. Previously, the channels were only available via pay-TV services including Sky Ireland and cable operators.
