Cable operator UPC Austria is doubling the speed of its broadband internet offerings, giving top-tier triple-play subscribers in Vienna speeds of up to 50Mbps included in their package at no extra charge.
The download speed of UPCs FIT entry package will go up from 2Mbps to 4Mbps, while Super FIT will rise from 8Mbps to 16Mbps and Top FIT in Vienna will rise from 25Mbps to 50Mbps. Top FIT subscribers outside the capital will have access to speeds of up to 30Mbps.
UPCÂs triple-play FIT packages combine internet with analogue or digital TV, as well as digital phone service.
