Telefónica increases stake in Digital Plus

Spanish telco Telefónica has acquired a further 1% of digital satellite TV platform Digital Plus, taking its total stake in the operator to 22%.
The deal was enabled under the terms of the telcoÂs acquisition of its existing 21% stake in Digital Plus from publishing group Prisa last November.
