Parm Sandhu may be leaving Unitymedia

Parm Sandhu could be set to step down as CEO of German cable operator Unitymedia, according to wire reports from Dow Jones, citing an internal communication document.

Cable giant Liberty Global recently agreed to acquire the company for  €2bn in cash and to assume €1.5bn in debt. According to reports, UPC Broadband president and chief operating officer Gene Musselman will take over Sandhu’s role when the deal goes through.
