Cablecom to launch ARD HD and ZDF HD

Swiss cable operator Cablecom will offer high-definition versions of German public channels ARD and ZDF from February 2.
Both channels will be available for free in the digital basic package. They will join HD Suisse, Arte HD, Anixe HD and BBC HD in the basic tier.
