Volia begins unifying customer services for nationwide brand

Ukrainian cable operator Volia has begun the process of unifying customer services operations across its regional operations, establishing unified corporate standards.

The move is part of a process to integrate all of Volia’s regional subsidiaries under a single brand by the end of 2010, establishing uniform call centre standards and payment systems.

Volia and its subsidiaries have about 1.4 million TV subscribers and 380,000 broadband internet subscribers across Ukraine.
