A court action by Dutch cable operator KPN has forced rival UPC to change an ad campaign in which it compared prices of services offered by various service providers, according to reports.
The campaign involved flyers that contained a price comparison table for triple-play services offered by UPC, KPN, Telfort, Het Net and Tele2. Following a lawsuit filed by KPN, a Dutch court declared that the campaign misled customers. UPC has since adjusted the comparison table.
