England Six Nations match in 3D

England’s Six Nations rugby match against Wales will be Europe’s first sports event to be screened live in 3D, according to England’s team sponsor O2.

The match will be broadcast live in 3D at 40 Odeon and Cineworld cinemas on February 6. The match against Ireland on February 27 will also be broadcast in 3D. Polarised cameras will capture the action at Twickenham Stadium from where a live feed will be broadcast to the cinemas.
Adult tickets will cost from £12.50 (€14).
