Motorola is to acquire content security specialist SecureMedia, which will form part of its Home & Networks Mobility business.
The home networking specialist has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of SecureM and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, together operating as SecureMedia. The acquisition is expected to close during the next couple of months. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed but SecureMedias chief operating officer Fred Elilis said: ÂAs part of the Motorola family, we will continue to support our current customers and partners while expanding the reach of our Encryptonite One digital security solutions into new markets and territories around the world.Â
