Noa increases stake in Israeli media investment firm

Noa M.B Communications, the investment vehicle run by Dori Media founder Nadav Palti, has increased its stake in Israeli media investment firm Mapal Communications.

Noa, which is run by Palti and Tamar Mozes-Borovitz, has acquired a further 2.5% stake from Africa Israel Investments that brings its ownership to 82.5%. Mapal Communications owns interests in advertising, media and online companies including telenovela producer and distributor Dori Media and CTV Media.
