Cool increases stake in Hot

Cool Holdings has acquired a 12% stake in cable operator Hot from investment outfit Delek Group.

Cool Holdings, a company owned by French businessman Patrick Drahi, paid ILS402m (€65m) for the stake, taking its ownership of the operator to about 42%. It recently bought 12.86% of Hot from shareholders, after buying a 17.6% stake from Bank Leumi Le Israel earlier this year.
Delek has kept a 4% stake in Hot.
