Polish cable operator UPC Poland is introducing a video-on-demand service.
UPC will offer a wide range of movies from studios including Warner Bros, Paramount and Dreamworks. Movies available in December include Slumdog Millionaire and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. The cable operator has launched a family-oriented promotion, making films available for free throughout December. Films will be priced between PLN6-15 (1.50-3.60 and will be available for 24 or 48 hours depending on title.
