France Telecom reveals new CEO

France Telecom has announced that Stephane Richard will become the company’s CEO from the start of next year.

The telco said current chief Didier Lombard had submitted a proposal to the board  concerning the appointment of Richard as CEO. This proposition was approved during a meeting held yesterday. Richard will continue to perform existing roles within the company.
