Brightcove updates platform

Brightcove, a company that enables third-parties to publish and distribute video services, has launched an updated version of its platform.

Brightcove 4 includes various new features, including support for native iPhone video application development, expanded live streaming capabilities, advanced analytics and new resources for video distribution, monetisation and custom online video applications.

The Brightcove 4 platform is available in three different packages– Express, Pro and Enterprise. Brightcove Express is aimed at smaller projects and costs from US$99 (€66) per month.
