Numericable to offer triple-play to low income groups in Tours

French cable operator Numericable has signed a deal with housing organisation the Office Public d’Aménagement et de Construction (OPAC) of the city of Tours to offer its Service Unique Numerique (SUN) offer (targeted at low-income households) to Tours residents.

Under the deal, Numericable will offer the SUN, which provides a basic triple-play service for €4 a month, to the Tours OPAC’s 11,375 households. To date, Numericable’s SUN offer, which was launched two years ago, has been taken up by 215,000 households across the country.
