Dyke in the frame for Channel 4 chairman role

UK broadcasting industry veteran Greg Dyke is being tipped as a likely replacement for outgoing Channel 4 chairman Luke Johnson.

The UK free-to-air commercial broadcaster is looking for both a CEO and chairman and Dyke, a former director general of UK public broadcaster the BBC, is being mentioned in connection with the chairman position. Other names linked to the job include Richard Eyre, the former chairman of radio group GCAP Media.
