Unitymedia launches ultra-fast internet

German cable operator Unitymedia will offer ultra-fast 120Mbps internet connections to residents of Cologne and Aachen from November 2, the company has said.

The cable operator will provide up to 120Mbps downstream and up to 5Mbps upstream via EuroDOCSIS 3.0 technology.
