Russia Today reaches seven million

Russian international news channel Russia Today has secured an audience of seven million people across six European countries, according to research carried out on the channel’s behalf by research firm Synovate.

Synovate based its findings on telephone interviews with 400 randomly selected adults in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Serbia and the UK. The survey found that 12% of Russia Today viewers watch the channel daily, while 23% considered the channel to be their favourite international news channel.
