Equipment is being installed by Hellas Sat and Albanias Starsat, a subsidiary of telco Albtelecom. The project, which is being coordinated by the Albanian prime ministerÂs office, will see schools in towns including Argyrokastro, Tepeleni, Avlona, Dyrrachio, Korytsa, as well as at villages around the capital city Tirana, connected via satellite.
