Lagardére Active names new Mezzo chief

Lagardére Active has named Christophe Winckel as director of classical music channel Mezzo.

Winckel, who was previously director of development at Radio Classique, replaces Philip de la Croix, who has left the group. He will be charged with developing partnerships in France and abroad as well as overseeing plans for video-on-demand and HDTV.
