Cablecom launches 100Mbps service

Liberty Global-owned Swiss cable operator Cablecom is the latest of the international cable group’s properties to launch EuroDOCSIS 3.0-based high-speed internet. Cablecom is offering a100Mpbs service in the Zurich, Berne and Winterthur areas, with plans to extend it to the rest of Switzerland by the end of next year.

The service, which offers 7Mbps upstream, is available for CHF95 (€63).
