UPC launches high-speed internet in Czech Republic

Cable operator UPC Czech Republic has launched 50Mbps and 100Mbps internet services in the Czech Republic.

UPC’s EuroDOCSIS 3.0-based 100Mbps service (with 10Mbps upstream) will be available for CZK1,750 (€69), while the 50Mbps service (with 5Mbps upstream) will be available for CZK1,300.

Separately, in neighbouring Austria, UPC is now offering 100Mbps services in Vienna as part of its €100m investment in its network.
